We are partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented VP of Operations to support a dynamic and innovative team. This permanent, on-site role in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, involves shaping and executing strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and long-term growth. The VP will lead daily functions across multiple departments, manage resources, oversee quality assurance, supply chain, and compliance, and build a high-performing operations team.
Must Have
- Lead development and execution of operational strategies.
- Oversee daily functions across multiple departments.
- Manage resources including budgets, personnel, and technology.
- Maintain oversight of quality assurance, supply chain, and compliance processes.
- Build and guide a high-performing operations team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Over 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience in a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of operational functions such as customer service, distribution, technology, and finance.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and managing compliance regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Good to Have
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the cosmetic industry.
- Bilingual in Japanese highly desirable.

Job Description
We’re partnering with a leading industry company to find a talented VP of Operations to support a dynamic and innovative team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement within the region and is a permanent position. The VP of Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and long-term growth.
A generous relocation package is available for candidates outside of the home office area in Cumberland County, PA. This role is fully on-site M-F.

VP of Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee daily functions across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Manage resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology, to support operational initiatives.
- Maintain continuous oversight of quality assurance, supply chain, and compliance processes.
- Build and guide a high-performing operations team, setting KPIs and analyzing performance data.
VP of Operations Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Over 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience in a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of operational functions such as customer service, distribution, technology, and finance.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and managing compliance regulations, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; bilingual in Japanese highly desirable.
