Creative Specialist

Moon Active is seeking a Creative Specialist to innovate player experience from concept to execution. This role involves pioneering AI-powered workflows for narrative and visual content, pushing boundaries in storytelling and visual excellence. The specialist will develop and implement AI-driven processes, lead brainstorming, integrate new AI tools, write captivating copy for game content, and oversee narrative direction, collaborating with various teams to align creative output with product goals.

Must Have

• Develop and implement AI-driven processes for narrative creation, visual content generation, and storyboarding
• Lead brainstorming sessions and transform raw ideas into polished concepts and storyboards using cutting-edge creative tools
• Constantly explore, test, and integrate new AI tools and creative methodologies to optimize workflows and boost team efficiency
• Write captivating and unique copy for all game content - from event narratives and mini-games to push notifications and UI pop-ups
• Oversee the game’s narrative direction, ensuring the creative vision aligns with brand identity and player expectations
• Work closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Monetization teams to align creative output with product goals and KPIs
• 3+ years in creative development, copywriting, or content strategy (Marketing, Advertising, or Micro-copy)
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (both text and visual) and a proven ability to build AI-integrated creative flows
• Strong ability to visualize concepts through storyboarding and conceptual design
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of American pop culture
• A true "dreamer and a doer" - an early adopter who is passionate about finding new ways to improve and evolve creative processes
• Excellent English (written and verbal) – full professional proficiency
• Excellent verbal communication in Hebrew

Good to Have

• Previous experience in the Mobile Gaming industry
• Technical skills in Photoshop, Video Editing, or Motion Graphics
