Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Patreon is a media and community platform empowering creators. They are seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco to join their Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role involves scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing candidate data in Ashby, providing on-site logistical support, and maintaining professional communication to ensure a smooth candidate experience and support the mission of building a diverse workforce.

Must Have

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams promptly
• Be physically present at the office during on-site interviews to provide logistical support
• Proficiently use ATS, Ashby, to input and manage candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback
• Respond to candidate inquiries and communications within 48 hours
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and feedback
• Familiarity with relevant scheduling software, communication tools, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Reliable with patience and professionalism

Creators can offer free memberships to fans looking to explore more of their work, paid memberships to give access to exclusive media and community, or sell directly to fans with Shops.

This role is based in San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams promptly.
• Be physically present at the office during on-site interviews to provide logistical support and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Proficiently use our ATS, Ashby, to input and manage candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and communications within 48 hours, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and feedback.
• Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the interview scheduling and coordination process.

Range: $35.00 - $40.00/hour
