The Recruitment Specialist will analyze recruitment needs, develop plans, and build candidate profiles. Responsibilities include writing and posting job ads, managing recruitment communication, sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves tracking the interview process, negotiating offers, supporting onboarding, managing candidate databases, and preparing reports. The specialist will also propose improvements to recruitment processes and strategies, and participate in employer branding initiatives.

Must Have

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal recruitment or Headhunt.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Strong interviewing skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment posting and candidate search tools.

  • Experience recruiting for IT, Game, Marketing positions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze needs and develop recruitment plans for departments.
  • Build candidate profiles, coordinate with relevant parties to define selection criteria.
  • Write and post job advertisements, manage recruitment communication content on various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, job websites, etc.).
  • Search, screen, conduct preliminary interviews with candidates, and propose a shortlist to the specialized manager.
  • Monitor the interview process, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
  • Manage candidate database, prepare periodic recruitment reports.
  • Propose and improve effective recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Participate in building employer branding on communication channels.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an internal recruitment or Headhunt position.
  • Experience recruiting for positions in IT, Game, Marketing is an advantage.
  • Skills: communication, interviewing, planning, work organization; proficient in using recruitment posting and candidate search tools.
  • Preference for dynamic candidates with data-driven thinking, creativity in human resource sourcing.
