JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan and implement advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for Mobile App/Game products on the iOS platform in the Global market.
• Monitor, statistically analyze metrics, and evaluate the situation to identify problems and optimize advertising effectiveness.
• Required to know how to use and have experience in implementing Apple Search Ads in Mobile app/Game projects.
• Implement ASO – optimize content (text, image, video, etc.) on the Play Store for Mobile App/Game products.
• Generate ideas and participate in producing content, images, and videos for advertising campaigns and App/Game product introductions.
• Regularly research the market, competitors, and users to grasp trends, find effective advertising insights and ideas, and apply them to the product's marketing strategy.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from College/University with a major in information technology, marketing, communication, or related fields.
• At least 6 months of experience in Mobile Game/App Marketing.
• Has implemented advertising campaigns with a real budget of 5,000 – 10,000 USD/day.
• Experienced in running ads on Google, Facebook platforms; capable of market exploitation, policy updates, and ad optimization.
• Thorough understanding of ASO knowledge and skills, proficient in using ASO support tools.
• Proficient in using one of the tools such as App Annie, App Tweak, Thetool…
• In addition, experience working with other networks such as Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, Ironsource,… is a big plus.
• Good logical thinking; good data synthesis, analysis, and evaluation skills; good problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage work; good teamwork and ability to maintain and develop relationships with various stakeholders.
• Fair English communication is a plus.
