Must Have

- Basic understanding of content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Description
Paradoxum Games is looking for a Social Media manager to join our team! As a Social Media Manager, you will be overseeing various initiatives and features across the Paradoxum Games team and community.
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have experience marketing games, live services, or digital products
- Understand how to promote updates and events in a clear and engaging way
- Are comfortable owning marketing efforts in a small team environment
- Can translate development plans into player-facing communication
- Have strong written communication and messaging skills
- Are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally with developers and producers
- Take initiative and can work independently with minimal oversight
You’ll be doing:
