Senior 3D Game Artist

This role involves designing and producing 3D assets like characters, environments, and props for casual/puzzle/hyper-casual games. Responsibilities include modeling, rigging, UV mapping, and texturing, collaborating with animators, game designers, and developers to ensure visual quality and performance. The artist will also optimize assets, research new technologies, and contribute to the project's art style. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in 3D software like Blender/3ds Max/Maya, and a strong aesthetic sense.

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Artist, preferably with published mobile games.
• Proficiency in Blender / 3ds Max / Maya and tools like Photoshop, Substance, Unity.
• Strong understanding of modeling, rigging, UV, lighting, and mobile asset optimization.
• Good aesthetic sense, understanding of art styles, and ability to follow design trends.
• Proactive, responsible, good communication, and effective teamwork.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design & produce 3D assets: characters, environments, props... for casual/puzzle/hyper-casual games.
• Perform modeling, rigging, UV mapping, texturing according to the art style of each project.
• Collaborate closely with Animator – Game Designer – Developer to ensure image quality & performance in mobile games.
• Propose solutions to optimize assets to improve game performance (polycount, texture size...).
• Research and apply new technologies (AI design, auto-rig...) to the workflow.
• Participate in shaping the visual style and provide artistic feedback to the team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in a 3D Artist position, preference for candidates with published mobile games.
• Proficiency in at least one 3D software: Blender / 3ds Max / Maya, along with supporting tools: Photoshop, Substance, Unity...
• Understanding of modeling, rigging, UV, lighting, and asset optimization for mobile.
• Good aesthetic sense, understanding of art style, and ability to catch design trends.
• Proactive, responsible, good communication & effective teamwork.
