Job Summary

Responsible for game promotion and publicity needs, independently completing original art drawing and composite refinement for key visuals (KV). Conduct visual concept design and drawing based on promotion themes, and provide optimization suggestions and solutions for overall art effects. Responsible for drawing illustrations in European and American fantasy cartoon style projects, grasping the style of different game products. Control and adjust the overall picture, including composition, space, and tone. Summarize and share experience, supervise outsourced original art work. Actively and positively communicate and coordinate with product, R&D, 3D, and other cooperative departments to align requirements and provide outsourcing drawing solutions.

Must Have

2. Conduct visual concept design and drawing based on promotion themes, and provide optimization suggestions and solutions for the overall art effect.

3. Responsible for drawing illustrations for European and American fantasy cartoon style projects, grasping the style of different game products.

4. Responsible for controlling and adjusting the overall picture, including but not limited to composition, space, color tone.

5. Summarize and share experience, supervise outsourced original art work.

6. Actively and positively communicate and coordinate with cooperative departments such as product, R&D, and 3D, to align requirements and provide outsourcing drawing solutions.

Job Requirements

1. More than 6 years of game original art design experience, with excellent original art foundation and aesthetic ability.

2. Proficient in illustration drawing, understanding of scene original art, concept art, atmosphere art, etc., scene painting ability is a plus.

3. Solid art foundation, good drawing skills, strong design and control ability over structure, color, space, and atmosphere.

4. Experience in animation, film, game CG and other fields is preferred; ability to use 3D modeling tools for drawing assistance is preferred.

5. Loves games, passionate about creation, possesses flexible and up-to-date design thinking, rich imagination and innovation ability, and high standards for own work.

6. Understands the key points of game and game market promotion, possesses product thinking.

7. Strong self-drive, able to continuously learn and absorb the latest motion design trends, with good learning and summarization abilities.

8. Responsible, proactive, with a good mindset and team spirit, excellent communication skills, and awareness and ability to promote and solve problems.
