Job Summary

Responsible for designing mid-to-long-term large map and battlefield gameplay features, writing design proposals, and overseeing implementation. Track user feedback and data analysis post-launch to optimize and iterate on features. Coordinate closely with art and programming teams to efficiently execute system feature implementation.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of game planning experience

  • Experience with 0-1 SLG projects
  • Long-term in-depth experience with multiple CoK-like products

1. Responsible for the design of mid-to-long-term large map and battlefield gameplay features within the game, writing design proposals, and overseeing their implementation.

2. Track user feedback and analyze functional data effects after features go live, optimizing and iterating on the developed features.

3. Coordinate closely with art and programming teams to efficiently complete the implementation of system features.

Job Requirements

1. 2+ years of game planning experience; experience with 0-1 SLG projects is preferred, and long-term in-depth experience with multiple CoK-like products is preferred.

2. Experience in SLG seasonal gameplay development or creating long-term multiplayer gameplay and social ecosystem features is preferred.

3. Passionate about SLG games, strong self-drive and stress resistance, and able to handle the pressure of fast-paced development.
