This includes identifying creative bottlenecks and implementing targeted optimization strategies to enhance overall creator performance and engagement within the gaming community.

Must Have

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of internet or game creator/content/community operations experience.

2. Excellent communication skills, good at communicating with creators and partners.

3. Strong logical thinking ability, able to accurately identify and solve problems.

4. Strong self-drive, simple and sincere, results-oriented.

5. Love games, extensive gaming experience is a plus.
