Job Summary
Responsible for the daily management and resource coordination of the client team, ensuring development progress and online quality. Lead the architectural design and key technical challenges for core systems and high-concurrency interaction modules (e.g., physics, animation, AI behavior, input) in open-world games, solving performance and stability issues in complex scenarios. Drive automation and modularization, optimize R&D processes, and collaborate cross-departmentally to align goals with planning, art, and backend teams. Focus on knowledge sharing and team growth.
Must Have

1. Responsible for the daily management and resource coordination of the client team, ensuring development progress and online quality, and directly accountable for team delivery results and project goals.
2. Lead the architectural design and key technical challenges for core systems and high-concurrency interaction modules (such as physics, animation, AI behavior, input) in open-world games, deeply solving performance and stability issues in highly complex scenarios.
3. Promote the construction of automation, modularization, and other processes and toolchains, drive R&D process optimization and efficiency improvement, and achieve continuous evolution of team technical capabilities and project standards.
4. Efficient cross-departmental collaboration, promoting technical alignment with planning, art, and backend teams to ensure product experience and quality implementation.
5. Focus on technical accumulation and sharing, helping the team grow through documentation, standard processes, or training, and enhancing the overall technical influence of the business.
Job Requirements
1. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and leadership skills, with practical experience in leading and managing a team or project group.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, over 3 years of Unity development experience, full participation in the development of large-scale projects or multiplayer online projects; rich practical experience and optimization experience in open-world/high-concurrency/high-interaction games.
3. Deep understanding of Unity engine architecture, proficient in resource management, performance tuning, and toolchain development, with the ability to design complex systems and implement core technologies.
4. Possess a product mindset and strong results-orientation, focus on online experience and project efficiency, and have the ability to lead technical breakthroughs and form technical accumulation.
5. Advocates for open technology, enjoys sharing, systematic methodology output, and experience in technical documentation, process standardization, or internal technical evangelism is preferred.
