The Test Manager (SLG) will be responsible for formulating and executing testing strategies for pre-research projects, identifying quality risks, and ensuring product compliance with R&D standards. This role involves coordinating the test team, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and managing resources to ensure efficient project advancement. Key responsibilities also include submitting test progress reports, organizing post-mortems, and developing external testing plans with risk assessments. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of mobile game testing experience, specifically with SLG live projects, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in basic Python/Lua for scripting.

2. Coordinate test team work arrangements, assign tasks, track progress, coordinate resources, and promote efficient project advancement.
3. Submit test progress reports, organize reviews to accumulate experience; formulate external testing plans and complete risk assessments.
4. Responsible for test team management, including team building, skill training, and member capability guidance and improvement.

1. 3+ years of mobile game testing experience, with SLG live project testing experience.
2. Possess the ability to quickly familiarize with and optimize business, strong communication and summary skills, and overall product quality control.
3. Master basic Python/Lua development, able to independently write simple test scripts for pre-research projects.
4. Strong self-drive and learning ability, able to independently think and solve problems and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.
