Lilith Games is seeking a Senior Server Development Engineer with 5+ years of experience in game server R&D. This role involves leading backend server architecture, developing multiplayer gameplay, and optimizing framework performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for server stability, security, and efficiency, guiding team members, and evaluating development risks. Familiarity with databases like MySQL and MongoDB is essential, with a preference for Golang and experience in massive, high-performance, distributed development.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years of game server R&D experience
  • Experience with at least one complete online game development and launch
  • Project operation experience
  • Good risk awareness
  • Familiarity with design, development, and optimization of common databases like MySQL, MongoDB (at least one)

Good to Have

  • Golang development experience
  • Experience with massive, high-performance, distributed development

1. Responsible for the overall architecture of the backend server.

2. Responsible for multiplayer gameplay development, deeply involved in framework design, performance optimization, and other aspects.

3. Responsible for server-side load-bearing, stability, security, efficiency, and other quality aspects.

4. Evaluate development cycles and risks, guide team members in related development.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of game server R&D experience, Golang development experience preferred.

2. Experience with at least one complete online game development and launch, project operation experience, and good risk awareness.

3. Familiar with the design, development, and optimization of common databases such as MySQL, MongoDB (at least one).

4. Experience with massive, high-performance, distributed development is preferred.
