Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing Japan community content strategies, including player communication, social media planning, and active player interaction across various channels. This role involves producing high-quality product-related content, planning and executing community events, and maintaining a positive image with players. The manager will also collaborate with Japanese content creators, analyze content performance, and manage daily community operations, including volunteer recruitment and training. Additionally, the role requires collecting and relaying Japanese player feedback to internal teams.
Must Have

- 1-3 years of game community operations or related work experience
- Good communication and content expression skills
- Familiarity with mainstream Japanese SNS (X/Twitter, YouTube, Discord)

- Passion for the gaming industry and continuous learning
- Japanese proficiency N1 or above, proficient in oral and written communication, understanding of Japanese culture

2. Produce high-quality product-oriented content, such as version update notes, developer feedback, and important announcements.
3. Plan and implement community activities, including online interactions, creator collaborations, competitions/events, to enhance community engagement and health.
4. Proactively communicate with players, maintaining a positive, professional, and friendly image in the community, and effectively manage player relationships.
5. Communicate and collaborate with Japanese content creators to promote video/creative content production and establish long-term partnerships.
6. Analyze the content performance of community and creator projects, providing data and insights for continuous optimization and innovation.
7. Manage daily community operations, including the recruitment, training, and maintenance of volunteers/moderators, to ensure community order and quality.
8. Collect Japanese player sentiment and feedback, accurately and timely convey it to internal teams, assisting in promoting a closed-loop communication between players and R&D.
Job Requirements
1. 1-3 years of experience in game community operations or related work.
2. Possess good communication and content expression skills; experience in brand communication or content creation is a plus.
3. Familiar with mainstream Japanese SNS (such as X/Twitter, YouTube, Discord), understand platform usage and user habits.
4. Proactive, responsible, with good organizational skills and self-drive, able to independently advance content planning and execution.
5. Possess strategic and creative thinking abilities, capable of proposing targeted community solutions.
6. Passionate about the gaming industry and maintain continuous learning motivation, especially those who like SLG or strategy games are preferred.
7. Japanese proficiency N1 or above, able to communicate fluently orally and in writing, and understand local Japanese culture; native Japanese speakers or those with study experience in Japan are preferred.

2. Possess basic video editing, image production, and content editing skills.
