As a Senior Interaction Designer (SOC), you will be responsible for producing game interaction design solutions based on product requirements, ensuring smooth communication and design process follow-up. You will collaborate with programmers, UI, and VX teams to oversee development, control interaction experience quality, and support feature launches. The role requires deep interactive thinking, the ability to analyze in-game interaction strengths and weaknesses, and provide optimization suggestions. You should possess strong visual aesthetics, logical organization skills, and the ability to prototype interaction scenarios. Additionally, you will need game deconstruction skills, especially for PC games, and a continuous awareness of interaction design trends across various industries.

Must Have

  • Experience in MMO or SOC game development.

1. Produce game interaction design solutions based on product requirements, possess good communication skills, ability to follow up on design processes, and the concept and ability to formulate design specifications.

2. Collaborate with program development, working with programmers, UI, and VX teams, follow up on joint debugging, control the quality of interactive experience, and assist with feature development and launch.

3. Possess deep interactive thinking, the ability to deeply analyze the pros and cons of current in-game interactive experiences, and provide solution references or optimization direction suggestions for products.

4. Have certain visual aesthetics and strong logical organization skills, with the ability to pre-simulate interaction prototypes.

5. Possess game deconstruction ability, especially for PC games; also need to continuously update/understand interaction design of products in different industries, have certain design sharing ability, and maintain design sensitivity.

Job Requirements

1. [Important] 3+ years of experience in interaction design, MMO, SOC game development experience preferred; PC game development experience preferred.

2. Proficient in using interaction design tools such as Figma, Axure, PS, XD, and have some understanding of the Unity interface editor.

3. Passionate about games (multi-platform), possess certain game design thinking, and can quickly understand planner's design requirements.

4. Pay attention to current popular trends in game interaction, possess a solid foundation in interaction design, and have good control over logical structure and formal expression.

5. Good at cross-department communication, familiar with different collaborative departments, and skilled in information collection and content integration.

6. (Bonus) Experience in building design specifications.

7. (Bonus) Ability to analyze target user needs, habits, and preferences.
