Electronic Arts Korea Studio is a game development studio in Seoul, responsible for creating AAA sports games like FC Online series, Need for Speed Online, and MLB Online. As a comprehensive development studio, it leads new game trends beyond global game localization. Game Designers at EA Korea Studio design the entire player game experience, collaborating with UX Designers and utilizing extensive player data. The role encompasses system design, reward, and economic balancing across various content.
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of game design experience

EA Korea Studio, located in Seoul, is EA's game development studio that has developed AAA sports games such as the FC Online series, Need for Speed Online, and MLB Online. It is growing into a comprehensive development studio that leads new game trends beyond localizing global games.
Equipped with independent development capabilities, including realistic graphics and diverse content reflecting actual game scenes, EA Korea Studio is a large-scale development team composed of Game Designers, Artists, Software Engineers, Development Directors (Development PMs), and Producers, responsible for the entire process from development to live service.
EA Korea Studio follows EA's systematic global development process, conducting all development stages from establishing development plans, confirming game design, setting visual direction, implementation, and QA based on documented processes. At the same time, it continuously improves by pursuing process advancement and optimization focused on efficiency improvement based on feedback from development participants.
