Senior Traffic Coordinator

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Senior Traffic Coordinator for a hybrid 18-month opportunity in Addison, Texas, with a leading client in the beauty industry.

In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact between campaign teams and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate project execution. You'll oversee project timelines, maintain communication between stakeholders, and ensure that all creative and legal revisions are implemented accurately. This position requires 32 hours per week on-site at the global headquarters, with 8 hours remote on Fridays.

Senior Traffic Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor project progress.
• Escalate issues and resolve project roadblocks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines/issues.
• Manage projects within budgetary guidelines.
• Oversee the scheduling/routing of all materials, from initial request to delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the campaign team and internal departments including creative, digital, social, and communications.
• Build key partnerships and relationships across the company.
• Communicate creative feedback between project owners and the design, copy, or legal teams, confirming revisions were implemented.
• Lead brief meetings if the campaign manager is unavailable.
• Work independently and collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Distribute job assignments within Workfront and monitor progress.
• Serve as a true partner to clients by learning their business to achieve successful results with campaigns.

Senior Traffic Coordinator Qualifications:

• Proficiency with project management software (Workfront), familiarity with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Suite.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to find solutions quickly.
• Collaborative mindset with strong diplomatic skills.
• Creative advertising agency/marketing background (preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Assertive and results-oriented, using good judgment.
• Ability to effectively lead projects to completion and summarize outcomes and next steps.
• Availability to work on-site 32 hours per week, with 8 hours remote on Fridays.
