We are seeking a talented SEO Content Writer for a leading financial services company. This freelance position involves creating and optimizing SEO-focused B2B content to attract and inform employers about HR, payroll, and compliance services. The role requires conducting keyword research, writing and optimizing blog posts and website copy, tracking content performance, and collaborating with subject matter experts. The engagement is expected to last 2-3 months, requiring a proactive and independent writer in the PST time zone.

Must Have

  • Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities aligned with SEO strategy.
  • Write and enhance clear, accurate, SEO-optimized blog posts and website copy.
  • Apply SEO best practices, including titles, headings, and internal linking.
  • Track content performance and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts for content accuracy.
  • Proven experience in creating B2B content with a focus on SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in producing consistent, accurate, and performance-oriented content.

  • Must be located within PST time zone.

Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading financial services company to find a talented SEO Content Writer to support a PST time zone team. This freelance position involves creating and optimizing SEO-focused B2B content to help our client attract and inform employers about their HR, payroll, and compliance services. The engagement is expected to last between 2 and 3 months, offering an opportunity for a proactive and independent writer to contribute in a fast-paced environment.

A portfolio demonstrating relevant B2B and SEO-focused writing is required for submission.

SEO Content Writer Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities aligned with SEO strategy.
  • Write and enhance blog posts and website copy that are clear, accurate, and reflect the company’s voice.
  • Apply SEO best practices to optimize content, including titles, headings, and internal linking.
  • Track content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy for compliance-heavy topics.

SEO Content Writer Qualifications:
