Job Summary

This remote CRM Marketing Developer role is a 3-6 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to perm. Partnering with a leading industry company, you will focus on seller engagement strategies, contributing to a dynamic team through marketing automation and technical execution from your own location.

Must Have

  • Design, test, and maintain email, push, and IAM workflows for marketing campaigns.
  • Implement personalized content using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and testing tools.
  • Support the setup of automated workflows and experiments within marketing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, data, and segmentation.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to process enhancements.
  • 3+ years experience in a dev/execution role.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Iterable).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and conditional logic languages like Liquid.
  • Familiarity with Webhooks, API calls, and basic data querying languages such as SQL.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into clean, scalable technical builds.

Retention Marketing Developer Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, and maintain email, push, and IAM workflows for marketing campaigns targeting sellers.
  • Implement personalized content using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and testing tools to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Support the setup of automated workflows and experiments within marketing platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, data, and segmentation to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to process enhancements that boost efficiency and quality.

Retention Marketing Developer Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience
  • Hands in dev / execution role, no strategy
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, notably Braze or Salesforce, Klaviyo, Iterable.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and conditional logic languages like Liquid.
  • Familiarity with Webhooks, API calls and basic data querying languages such as SQL.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring reliable and accurate delivery.
  • Ability to translate marketing needs into clean, scalable technical builds.
