Job Summary
FICO is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies for FICO® Scores. This role involves creating compelling content, conducting market research, and managing projects across various lending segments. The manager will translate complex analytical concepts into engaging materials for executives and decision-makers, contributing to FICO's leadership in credit decisioning and risk management.
Must Have
- Consumer lending and credit industry foundation with experience at/with financial institutions, fintech companies, or credit-focused technology providers
- Research and analytical capabilities to synthesize complex information and translate findings into compelling content and strategic recommendations
- Strong execution track record in marketing complex analytical or technology solutions, communicating technical concepts clearly to business audiences
- High-velocity work style with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Solid grasp of consumer lending regulatory environment including FCRA, Fair Lending, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and Truth in Lending Act
Good to Have
- Background in market research, competitive intelligence, or content marketing
- Project management experience with process improvement focus
- Experience supporting multiple business segments or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI LLM usage in marketing workflows
- Experience with credit scoring solutions or credit reporting agencies

What You’ll Contribute
- This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact across the entire lending portfolio while developing expertise in the strategies that maintain our leadership in credit decisioning and risk management.
- Deliver mission-critical marketing execution across lending segments by creating compelling content, conducting targeted research, and managing key projects that drive our go-to-market strategies and strengthen competitive position.
- Transform complex analytical concepts into accessible, engaging materials that resonate with executives, risk managers, and technical decision-makers across various lending verticals and customer segments.
- Drive research and competitive intelligence initiatives that inform strategic decision-making, including market analysis, customer insights gathering, and competitive positioning that supports our segment marketing teams.
- Manage cross-functional projects and streamline marketing processes to improve team efficiency, ensure consistent content quality, and accelerate delivery timelines across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Support messaging development by synthesizing market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends into actionable insights that strengthen our positioning and value propositions.
What We’re Seeking
- Consumer lending and credit industry foundation with experience working at/with financial institutions, fintech companies, or credit-focused technology providers. Understanding of lending processes, credit risk, and industry dynamics.
- Research and analytical capabilities with ability to quickly synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and translate findings into compelling content and strategic recommendations.
- Strong execution track record in marketing complex analytical or technology solutions, with proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences across different formats and channels.
- High-velocity work style with demonstrated success managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting aggressive deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Solid grasp of consumer lending regulatory environment including FCRA, Fair Lending, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and Truth in Lending Act and how they impact marketing and business strategy.
- Bonus: Background in market research, competitive intelligence, or content marketing.
- Bonus: Project management experience with process improvement focus.
