Job Summary

You will provide administrative support to assigned leaders/teams, manage travel arrangements, organize schedules and agendas for meetings, ensure efficient completion of administrative tasks, assist with expense reports and team events, handle confidential information, and support new hire onboarding.

Must Have

  • Recent graduate or school leaver (A-Levels or equivalent)
  • Strong academic record
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Natural organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, proactive approach with a genuine desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams across time zones

The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute

  • Provide administrative support to the assigned leader(s)/team(s), gaining exposure to various aspects of our business operations.
  • Manage and support travel arrangements including transportation, accommodation, visa requirements, etc.
  • Organize/manage schedules and agendas for the meeting(s), including logistical planning, monitoring and tracking the progress of open action items.
  • Ensure completion of administrative tasks in an efficient manner.
  • Assist with preparing expense reports as needed.
  • Assist with organizing team events or offsite meetings.
  • Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
  • Work with EMEA leaders to ensure smooth on boarding of new hires.
  • Take on increasing responsibilities as you develop in the role with opportunities to support special projects and initiatives.

  • Recent graduate or school leaver (A-Levels or equivalent) eager to begin their career in a corporate environment.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
