Must Have
- Develop and drive the creative vision for campaigns
- Oversee all creative deliverables, maintaining quality standards
- Manage and mentor a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Content Strategists
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating vision into creative solutions
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, managing capacity, timelines, and budgets efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
- 5+ years of experience of client services experience, within an advertising agency
- 3+ years of experience of creative leadership role within delivery management for global clients
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic, end-to-end account management and creative delivery projects
- Understanding of digital and offset print production processes, media and cross-platforming

Job Description
YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Content Strategists, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Creative Leadership:
- Develop and drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audience needs
- Oversee all creative deliverables, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Oversee multi-skilled complex delivery organization from concept through execution, ensuring creative excellence through strong governance and review mechanism.
- Implement and monitor quality standards across all creative artifacts and deliverables.
- Team Development:
- Define and drive the overall creative vision across the engagement to drive client success
- Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability within the department, as well as professional development among team members
- Encourage innovative thinking and solutions across all levels of the team
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into creative solution
- Build strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration
- Stay ahead of emerging design technologies to inform creative decisions design to push the creative and content boundaries.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of managing capacity of resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Identify and deliver transformation ideas that will provide growth or productivity opportunities and expand the scope of work.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- 5+ years of experience of client services experience, within an advertising agency.
- 3+years of experience of creative leadership role within a delivery management for global clients in creative and content operations.
- Experience working with major CPG, telecom or retail brands is a plus
- Experience managing direct reports, strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strategic, end-to-end account management and creative delivery projects.
- Understanding of digital and offset print production processes, media and cross-platforming
