Job Summary
Join Capgemini's Presales / Solution Design team to shape Contact Center solutions for global clients. This role involves designing and proposing AWS Amazon Connect-based cloud solutions, integrating advanced technologies to meet client operational and strategic goals. You will lead end-to-end solutioning, build CCaaS solutions, conduct technology assessments, and integrate Amazon Connect with various AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Kinesis, while also developing and presenting POCs.
Must Have
- Design tailored Contact Center solutions using AWS Amazon Connect.
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for cloud-based or hybrid deployment models.
- Build and implement CCaaS solutions aligned with client business outcomes.
- Conduct technology assessments for Contact Center operations.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis).
- Design and optimize call flows, IVR systems, and Contact Center features.
- Develop and present proof of concepts (POCs) to stakeholders.
- Act as the expert for Amazon Connect and cloud Contact Center solutions.
- Proven experience in Amazon Connect implementation and solutioning.
- Strong understanding of AWS ecosystem and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java programming languages.
- Experience with multi-client BPO and enterprise Contact Center platforms.
- Familiarity with Genesys, Cisco, Avaya Contact Center technologies.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Connect pricing and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced presales environment.

Your Role
Join Capgemini’s Business Services Global Business Line as part of the Presales / Solution Design team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping Contact Center solutions for global clients. You will assist in designing and proposing AWS Amazon Connect-based cloud solutions, integrating advanced technologies to meet client-specific operational and strategic goals.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Collaborate with the core solutions team to assess client requirements and design tailored Contact Center solutions using AWS Amazon Connect.
- Lead the end-to-end solutioning process, from understanding client landscapes to proposing cloud-based or hybrid deployment models.
- Build and implement CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions, ensuring alignment with client business outcomes.
- Conduct technology assessments and define technical specifications for Contact Center operations.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, and others.
- Design and optimize call flows, IVR systems, and advanced Contact Center features.
- Develop and present proof of concepts (POCs) to stakeholders, showcasing solution feasibility and value.
- Stay updated on market trends and explore emerging platforms and tools beneficial to Capgemini and its clients.
- Act as the go-to expert for Amazon Connect and cloud-based Contact Center solutions within the Presales team.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Amazon Connect implementation and solutioning.
- Strong understanding of AWS ecosystem and its integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience with multi-client BPO environments and enterprise-grade Contact Center platforms.
- Familiarity with Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, and other Contact Center technologies.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Connect pricing models and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing presales environment.
