Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Excellence team at Infineon is seeking a motivated working student for project support. This role involves assisting with global projects, focusing on Training and Enablement. Responsibilities include creating training materials, e-learning modules, coordinating webinars, maintaining a training library, and managing feedback. Candidates should be studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, or Economics, possess strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have excellent English and German language abilities. This part-time position offers real-world experience in a dynamic international environment.
Must Have
- Support Training & Enablement with creation and preparation of training materials, content creation and customization (guides, presentations, manuals, FAQs)
- Assist in the creation of e-learning modules, quizzes or short interactive knowledge assessments
- Help with the setup of training webinars or virtual learning sessions
- Assist in coordination with trainers and participants to ensure schedules, resources, and attendance are tracked
- Maintain an up-to-date training library and assist in developing FAQs based on training questions
- Manage post-event feedback collection and documentation, and provide administrative support
- Currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or a related field
- Bring a collaborative spirit, good communication skill, customer orientation
- Have an affinity for technical training topics and data management
- Characterized by a process-oriented and structured working style
- Integrative and discreet way of working when dealing with sensitive data
- Set a high-quality standard for own work
- Experienced in working with common MS Office programs
- Very good English and German skills
- Available for at least 6 months, working part-time (maximum 20 hours per week during lecture period)
- Enrolled at a university and not completed all exams or modules for degree program
- Live close to the site (Munich or Regensburg)

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Are you ready to take your first step into the corporate world and gain invaluable hands-on experience at a global company? Our Talent Acquisition Excellence team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic working student to support us in a global project. You’ll play a supportive role in the areas of Training and Enablement.
- Focus on the future: Supporting Training & Enablement with the creation and preparation of training materials, content creation and customization (Design and creation of guides, presentations, manuals, FAQ`s for end-users and stakeholder)
- Teamwork is dreamwork: Contributing your own ideas on enablement
- Take responsibility: Assisting in the creation of e-learning modules, quizzes or short interactive knowledge assessments.
- Keep the overview: Helping with the setup of trainings webinars or virtual learning sessions
- Stakeholder management: Assisting in coordination with trainers and participants to ensure that schedules match, resources are ready and attendance is tracked
- Reliable work: Maintaining and up-to-date training library and assisting in the development of FAQ’s based on questions raised during training sessions
- Identify needs: Managing post-event feedback collection and documentation and administrative support

- Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or a related field of study
- Skills: You bring a collaborative spirit, good communication skill, customer orientation and an affinity for technical training topics and data management
- Way of working: You are characterized by your process-oriented and structured working style. You have an integrative and discreet way of working when dealing with sensitive data and set a high-quality standard for your own work
- Experience: You are experienced in working with the common MS Office program
- Language skills: You bring very good English and German skills
- Availability: This position can be based in Munich or Regensburg

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
