- Maintain accurate, up-to-date data and system hygiene in Greenhouse while enforcing hiring processes and following up on missed steps
- Confirm approved PIDs and req readiness prior to opening roles and track new hires through onboarding and enablement; optimize trackers across the TA organization
- Prevent missed handoffs related to visas, start dates, and enablement by ensuring clear ownership and follow-through
- Create and maintain TA process documentation and manage a centralized library of Revenue job descriptions, interview guides, and workflows
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related operational questions and validate req and PID requests before escalating to HRBPs
- Proactively identify and flag risks, data gaps, and recurring issues to TA leadership
Who You Are:
- Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, with experience in TA operations, HR operations, reporting, or administrative support
- Experienced working in ATS and HR systems, with Greenhouse required and Workday preferred
- Strong in Google Sheets and reporting, with the ability to independently pull, analyze, and interpret data
- Comfortable enforcing process, following up on gaps, and driving accountability without owning decisions
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and creating structure with minimal direction
How Success is Measured:
- Hiring processes are clearly documented, easy to follow, and consistently used across the Revenue organization
- Centralized libraries of job descriptions, interview guides, and hiring materials are well-organized, current, and actively referenced
- Hiring data and reporting are accurate, timely, and trusted by TA, HR, and Finance partners
- Issues and gaps are identified early, with practical recommendations to prevent downstream problems
- The Director of Revenue Talent Acquisition is able to spend less time on operational cleanup and more time focused on strategy, alignment, and decision-making
