Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support recruitment activities within the DSS Business Unit. This role will primarily focus on hiring for Quality Assurance and Customer Support positions across multiple locations, while also supporting recruitment for Shared Services functions such as IT, Human Resources, Facilities, Finance, and other corporate support roles, based on business needs. The Junior Recruiter will be actively involved in the full recruitment lifecycle and will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business objectives.
Must Have
- Support end-to-end recruitment for DSS roles (QA, Customer Support).
- Contribute to hiring for Shared Services roles as required.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines.
- Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and pre-screenings.
- Coordinate interview processes with stakeholders.
- Facilitate and evaluate assessments or language tests.
- Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation.
- Maintain follow-up communication with new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS.
- Capture interview feedback and hiring decisions.
- Support recruitment reporting for DSS roles.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles across locations.
- Proficiency in English.
Good to Have
- Experience sourcing candidates for operational roles (QA, Customer Support)
- Exposure to Shared Services recruitment (IT, HR, Facilities)

The Junior Recruiter will be actively involved in the full recruitment lifecycle and will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned with business objectives.
The Quest:
1.Recruitment & Sourcing
- Support end-to-end recruitment for DSS roles, with a primary focus on QA and Customer Support positions across various locations.
- Contribute to hiring for Shared Services roles (e.g., IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Administration) as required by the business.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, seniority levels, and local market specifics.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and social media.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles.
2. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination
- Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability against defined role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and pre-screenings.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and regional stakeholders.
- Facilitate and evaluate assessments or language tests, where applicable.
3.Candidate Experience & Onboarding Support
- Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Support onboarding activities by coordinating documentation and timelines with People Ops and other internal teams.
- Maintain follow-up communication with new hires during the onboarding phase.
4. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and documentation in the ATS.
- Capture interview feedback and hiring decisions in line with internal processes.
- Support recruitment reporting related to hiring volume, pipelines, and time-to-fill for DSS roles.
The Skills:
- 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (including internships or junior roles).
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-volume hiring.
- Experience sourcing candidates for operational roles (QA, Customer Support) is an advantage.
- Exposure to Shared Services recruitment (IT, HR, Facilities) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles across different locations simultaneously.
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in English.
