It involves leading talent development programs for various levels of management, designing courses with business experts, and enhancing leadership and project management skills. The position also includes establishing high-potential and cadre talent pools, conducting talent reviews, and building an internal trainer team to support professional growth.
Must Have
- Build and optimize cadre management systems.
- Manage full-cycle cadre selection, training, assessment, and mobility.
- Lead talent development programs for high-level, mid-level, grassroots, and reserve cadres.
- Design and implement training based on business needs and cadre capability gaps.
- Develop high-potential and cadre talent pools.
- Conduct talent inventory and ensure continuous talent supply for core positions.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5+ years HR management experience, 3+ years in core positions in cadre management/mid-to-high-level talent development.
- Proficient in cadre selection, assessment, and development processes.
- Skilled in talent assessment tools (competency-based interviews, 360 assessment, talent inventory tools).
- Strong communication, coordination, and influence skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in building and iterating cadre systems from scratch in large enterprises/group companies.
- Experience in cadre management during periods of rapid business expansion/organizational change.
- Majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior.

Job Description
1. System Construction and Optimization: Combine company strategy and the talent development blueprint to build and continuously iterate the cadre management system. Define cadre stratification and classification standards, standardize the full-process management mechanisms for selection, training, assessment, mobility, and exit, ensuring the system effectively supports strategic implementation.
2. Assessment and Development Management: Coordinate layered training and combat projects for high-level, mid-level, grassroots, and reserve cadres. Accurately identify training needs based on business pain points and cadre capability shortcomings. Collaborate with business backbones and external industry experts to design courses. Systematically enhance cadre leadership, project management, and business problem-solving abilities through practical projects, cross-business rotations, and other training-combat integration methods.
3. Talent Pipeline and Reserve Construction: Build high-potential and various levels of cadre talent pools. Organize cadre talent inventory to review the continuous supply of talent for core positions. Collaborate with business departments to build an internal trainer team and a professional capability training system, providing professional training resources and growth support for pipeline talent.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or related majors.
2. 5+ years of human resource management experience, including 3+ years in core positions in cadre management / mid-to-high-level talent development. Experience in building and iterating cadre systems from scratch in large enterprises / group companies is preferred, and experience in cadre management practices during periods of rapid business expansion / organizational change is even better.
3. Proficient in the full-process management of cadre selection, assessment, and development. Skilled in using talent assessment tools (such as competency-based interviews, 360 assessment, talent inventory tools), capable of independently designing and promoting the implementation of complex cadre management projects.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and influence skills, capable of cross-level (high-level, mid-level, grassroots) and cross-departmental collaboration to drive the implementation of cadre management work at the business end.
