Apraava Smart Meter installation

This role involves the installation of Apraava Smart Meters and consumer interaction. Responsibilities include explaining project benefits, presenting authorization proof, collecting electricity bill details, installing and registering smart meters using an official app, documenting meter details with photos, safely removing old meters, verifying consumer information, completing required forms, and ensuring app updates and consumer acknowledgment. Professional communication and follow-up for revisits are also essential.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Explain project benefits to consumers and address queries confidently.
• Present Apraava authorisation proof (ID/letter) when required.
• Collect the latest electricity bill details (Consumer Number, mobile number, etc.) for registration.
• Install and register the Apraava Smart Meter using the official app.
• Capture and record all meter details (old and new) with clear photo documentation.
• Safely remove old meters and install new smart meters following standard safety guidelines.
• Verify and confirm consumer details before final submission.
• Complete required forms (G-Form/WF Form) with all supporting data and photos.
• Ensure app updates, photo uploads, and consumer acknowledgement before leaving the site.
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up for any scheduled revisits.
