Job Description and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Load and unload delivery trucks or vehicles with the products to be delivered.
• Delivery Partner must ensure the products are securely and safely loaded, packaged and stored in the delivery vehicle, to minimize damage or loss during transportation.
• Check and verify the accuracy of customer orders before delivery and provide necessary support in case of discrepancies or errors.
• Delivery Partner must ensure that all products are delivered in good condition and that customer service standards are met, resolving any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
• Monitor and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure that they are roadworthy and safe for use, performing regular checks and maintenance tasks as necessary.
• Delivery Partner must adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and maintain a good driving record.
• Keep accurate records of all deliveries made, including customer signatures for proof of delivery and any delivery or pickup discrepancies, and maintain appropriate logs and records.
• Delivery partner job require to communicate effectively with dispatchers, managers, and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Keep abreast of changes in delivery routes, traffic conditions, and other factors that may impact delivery operations, and adjust delivery plans as needed.
