Job Summary

As an Asia eCommerce Operations Coordinator at Electronic Arts, you will collaborate with various internal and external teams to enhance sales strategies by understanding gaming economies and player spending. Key responsibilities include planning Webstore events, supporting customer service for payment journeys, monitoring Webstore performance, and suggesting best practices for products and loyalty programs, all within a hybrid work model in Sydney.

Must Have

  • Collaborate with Game Studios to plan Webstore events/campaigns.
  • Coordinate and support EA Fan Care and external CS for payment journeys.
  • Understand Webstore telemetry, monitor performance, maintain sales list/pricing.
  • Suggest best practices for webstore products and loyalty programs.
  • Class of 2025 graduate with Business - ECommerce Degree/Diploma.
  • Available for 12-month full-time paid internship from March 2026.
  • Interest in digital gaming, digital payment, and digital platforms.

Job Description

Asia eCommerce Operations Coordinator

(Graduate Opportunity, Class of 2025)

As our Asia eCommerce Operations Coordinator, you will work with external partners, Game Studios, Mobile Central Tech, TechOps, and multiple global/regional teams. You will learn how to understand gaming economies and player spending behaviour to improve sales strategies. As part of the Asia Publishing team, you will help us understand the diverse needs and motivations of our players to create content and experiences that genuinely resonate with our community!

Responsibilities:

  • You will also collaborate with Game Studios to understand in-game event roadmaps, then plan Webstore events/ campaigns
  • You will help us coordinate and support EA Fan Care, external partner CS team to ensure customers are supported throughout the payment journey
  • Understand the Webstore telemetry, support the Webstore performance monitoring and reporting system, plus maintain the Webstore sales item list and pricing
  • Understand and suggest best-practices on webstore products or commercial loyalty programmes

Requirements:

  • You must be a class of 2025 graduate with a minimum educational level of Business - ECommerce Degree/Diploma
  • You must be available for a 12-month full-time paid internship from March 2026
  • You must have an interest in digital gaming, digital payment, and digital platforms
