Quest Global is seeking a Project Associate in Puerto Rico to manage projects within an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool. Responsibilities include creating and populating ALM projects, handling project access and transfer requests, managing export classifications, transferring artifacts, preparing coordination memos, updating trackers, and generating weekly status reports. Candidates should have 1-3 years of professional experience, strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Must Have

- Submit xClass export classification requests and label artifacts
- Transfer artifacts from network drives to ALM projects

What You Will Do:
- Work on a team to create projects in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool and populate program details as well as populating with relevant artifacts
- Request for new ALM project
- Request transfer of Virtual Address Extension (VAX) projects to new VAX cluster
- Submit both VAX and ALM project access requests
- Submit xClass export classification requests and subsequently label artifacts
- Transferring artifacts from network drives to ALM projects
- Prepare coordination memos
- Update trackers to show overall progress to project completion
- Prepare weekly status reports for submission to customers
What You Will Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in professional working environment
- Strong working experience with computer systems
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability and willingness to learn new software
- Work well with others in a team setting, but also be able to learn and take on new tasks on your own
Pay Range: $14.42/hour - $19.23/hour
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within Puerto Rico.
Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
