Lead Engineer

Quest Global is seeking a Lead Engineer for design and development in C++/Angular/NodeJS on a Windows environment. The role involves requirement analysis, coding, testing, and documentation, working independently and with architects. Candidates need 6-10 years of experience in Windows application development, strong Object-Oriented design, multi-threading, and SQL Server skills. The position is full-time and on-site in Wauwatosa, WI, offering a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Must Have

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in developing applications in Windows

What You will Do::

• Design and development in C++/Angular/NodeJS on Windows environment.
• Involve in requirement analysis, design, coding and testing
• Understand/learn architecture and design of existing applications developed mainly using C++
• Take ownership of assigned jobs that are part of new feature implementations, bug fixes and enhancement activities
• Document the projects according to project standards (Architecture, technical specifications)
• Technical communication with internal and external stake holders
• Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and work with Architects and other leads

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Lead engineer with minimum 6-10 years of experience in developing applications in Windows.
• Experience in developing applications using C++/Angular/NodJS
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.

Work Experience

Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

This role is considered an on-site position located in Wauwatosa, WI

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
