Must Have

Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of supplier First Article Inspection (FAIR) packages, ensuring adherence to AS9102, ASQR-01, ASQR-01-AA, ASGSQR-001 and COL-ASQR-PRO-0003-06 requirements.
- Coordinate FAIR packages with the internal customer team and manage source inspections, supporting supplier material review/release, requests for information, and deviation processes.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of FAIR packages and demonstrate proficiency in Net-Inspect for assessments, audits, and hands-on tasks.
- Support additional customer requirements, including preparation and interface for surveys, readiness reviews, and analyzing turn backs to determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Receive and adhere to a schedule of FAIR packages for review, maintained by customer. Conduct reviews in the specified order, identifying non-conformances, guiding suppliers for corrections, and ensuring timely resubmission through Net-Inspect.
- Target an average review time of 8-10 calendar days, promptly notifying suppliers of approval through the automated system within Net-Inspect once customers approval is granted.
What You Will Bring:
- BS degree in Mechanical, Structural or Aerospace Engineering.
- Proven experience in quality engineering with a focus on FAIR packages.
- Proficient in Net-Inspect for assessments and audits Familiarity with AS9102, ASQR-01, ASQR-01-AA, ASGSQR-001, and COL-ASQR-PRO-0003-06 requirements.
- 20-30% Travel required to visit the supplier for FAIR review in the east coast.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Pay Range: $90,000 - $93,000 a year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States East Coast.
Travel requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, 20-25% of travel is required.
Citizenship requirement:
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
