Job Summary
This role involves actively supporting the vocational training team at Infineon, focusing on organizing training marketing events, and managing student internships. The ideal candidate is a currently enrolled student in Business Administration (HR focus), Communication Sciences, or Business Psychology, possessing strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency in MS Office, along with excellent German and English language abilities. The position is hybrid, part-time (max 20h/week during lectures), and temporary for at least 6 months.
Must Have
- Active participation in the training team
- Organization and execution of training marketing events
- Recruiting and organizing student internships
- Currently studying Business Administration (HR focus), Communication Sciences, Business Psychology or similar
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Enrolled at a university and not on a semester break
- Availability for at least 6 months
- Ability to work a maximum of 20 hours per week during lecture periods
- Reside close to the employment location for regular onsite presence

Your Role
Main activities in your new role:
- Expand your horizons: You actively participate in the training team
- Be creative: You are responsible for the organization and execution of events in the field of training marketing
- Organizational talent: You are responsible for recruiting and organizing student internships
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills that will help you succeed:
- Course of study: You are currently studying Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, Communication Sciences, Business Psychology or similar
- Personality: You describe yourself as a team player and are characterized by your strong communication skills
- Skills: You have good knowledge of MS Office
- Language skills: You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on your studies. Therefore, the working student activity is possible for a maximum of 20 hours per week during the lecture period.
- Regularly enrolled students are very welcome: To work as a working student with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not yet have completed all examination achievements or modules of your studies. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months. Please note that you must not be on a semester break.
- You should live close to the place of employment: For good cooperation, it is important to us that you can regularly come to the location to integrate into the team.
