Job Summary

The Payment Operations Analyst at Moonspin manages all payment-related queries and concerns. This role involves compiling and maintaining payment concerns, escalating issues, liaising with Finance and the Payment Product team, monitoring transactions, and assisting the Risk team with deposit and withdrawal queries. The analyst will use payment portals for transaction monitoring and identification, ensuring smooth payment operations for Moonspin's international client base.

Must Have

  • Compiling and maintaining all Payment concerns and following up on them
  • Identify area of concern and escalate accordingly
  • Liaise with Finance about Missing transactions
  • Liaise with Payment Product team for all technical actions & systems
  • Keep a daily check on transactions and transactional trends
  • Regular follow-up on all queries raised with different departments and teams
  • Point of Contact for the support team about all payment related queries
  • Assisting Risk team with all Deposit and withdrawal queries
  • Usage of Payment Portals for transaction monitoring and identification
  • Experience of working in an e-commerce business
  • Knowledge of Payment Systems associated with deposits and withdrawals
  • Experience in the field of analyses and investigation
  • Ability to work in different shifts
  • Ability to work in a multi-dimensional environment

  • Knowledge of Payment Systems associated with deposits and withdrawals.
  • Experience in the field of analyses and investigation.
  • Ability to work in different shifts.
  • Ability to work in a multi-dimensional environment.
