The Product Owner will collaborate with the Product Functional Owner team from Quality to define Epic/User Stories for product requirements and facilitate their deployment with the Product development team. This role involves guiding the Functional Owner team in creating high-quality Epic/User Stories and coordinating with scrum teams to ensure clear understanding. The individual will also ensure teams adhere to industry best practices and align with overall business strategy, focusing on the timely delivery of Epic/User Stories.

Must Have

• 10+ years experience as Agile SCRUM Master or Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience in Agile Project Management.
• Experience leading large-scale projects using SCRUM.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
• Track record of implementing industry best development techniques.
• Strong leadership, education, and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
• SCRUM certification (e.g., CSM, SA, PSPO, ICP).

What You will Do:

The individual will guide teams to stay on track with the best industry practices, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall business strategy is being met. CTQ business requirements: On-time availability of the Epic/User Stories for the Product development work as per the product requirements.

What You will Bring:

• 10+ years of hand-on experience as Agile SCRUM Master and/or Agile Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Experience in leading large scale projects using SCRUM
• 4 years Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar domain
• Track record of implementing industry best development techniques in different work cultures and environments.
• Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Certification in SCRUM, like
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Pay Range: $80K- $120K
