Shipping Associate

Trackman is seeking a reliable Shipping Associate to manage domestic small-parcel fulfillment in the U.S. This hands-on role involves accurately packing and shipping orders to customers, processing online orders, maintaining product listings, monitoring tracking, resolving shipping issues, and managing returns. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, communicating with customers, and supporting workflow improvements to optimize shipping costs. Must Have

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship small-parcel orders using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and shipping software.
• Process online orders and maintain product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.
• Monitor tracking, resolve shipping issues, and manage returns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliation.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipping inquiries.
• Support workflow improvements and help optimize shipping costs.

Job requirements

• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, or e-commerce preferred.
• Familiarity with parcel carriers and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
