Job Summary

Trackman is seeking a QA Engineer to enhance the quality of their sports tracking products, which utilize radar and computer vision for golf, baseball, and soccer. The role involves defining robust test strategies, driving automation, and ensuring flawless performance across hardware and software platforms. This position requires working in complex, multi-platform environments, solving technical challenges, and making a significant impact on products used by top athletes and sports organizations globally.

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience as a Tester/QA.
  • Solid understanding of Risk-based testing and strong intuition for exploratory testing.
  • Preferably some kind of experience in test automation and good skills in identifying and evaluating those opportunities.
  • Solid experience with Python for automation/tooling (e.g., scripts, test frameworks, data handling).
  • Strong, data-driven approach to testing and problem-solving.
  • Proven background working with large datasets, data tools, or analytics workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, boards, repos, test plans).
  • Excellent skills to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • A curious mindset with a willingness to quickly learn new technologies and testing tools.

We’re looking for a QA Engineer to elevate the quality of our sports tracking products by defining robust test strategies, driving automation, and ensuring flawless performance across hardware and software platforms.

This position offers you a unique opportunity to work with the development of a product composed of various hardware and software platforms. The key task is to help Trackman make the right products in high quality through design, maintenance, and execution of test scripts, test cases, scenarios and more. The task is heavy on manual testing and risk-based testing that requires some good intuition. We are driving for some more automation on some parts that makes sense.

You will be part of daily scrums and work closely with the whole team, including developers, PMs, and peer testers.

Job requirements

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.
