The lead will generate leads, educate customers, build strong industry relations, and gather product feedback to shape the future of cricket technology. The position requires a UK-based individual, ideally a former professional cricket player or coach, with strong sales and communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Must Have

Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company that empowers athletes in Golf, Baseball, Football, and American Football to get the most out of their game. Our solutions combine radar and vision-based tracking, advanced algorithms, and applications across platforms. We are an integrated part of the daily lives of the world’s elite athletes, the largest, professional teams, and millions of amateurs across the world. In 2024, we tracked more than 3 billion balls.
In 2026, Trackman is launching a portable radar for cricket practice. The system will provide real-time feedback on key bowling and batting metrics with industry-leading accuracy. Professional coaches and players will get access to reliable real-time feedback on bowling metrics. This data will be delivered on an Ipad application that is designed to be used during practice, allowing professionals to link key data points to muscle memory in current routines.
Your job is to understand how Trackman’s cricket technology can help professionals make better sports decisions, to sell our technology, and to make sure that our customers continue to make good use of our solutions. You will make sure that Trackman’s cricket technology fits perfectly into existing cricket training sessions, while also empowering these routines to evolve and adapt to the great potential of accurate, real-time data. This is the Trackman way.
We expect you will be based in the UK where most of your activities will be carried out. You will spend most of your time visiting customers both in the UK and globally, working with leading cricket stakeholders across the world.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Generate leads and sell Trackman technology to organizations in different geographies. This role is first and foremost a sales role, and this is your key KPI
- Emerge in Trackman’s technology and understand how it can help the world’s best cricket organizations make better sports decisions
- Shape our products and the future of cricket by collecting feedback from customers and translating this into features which will ultimately enhance existing routines and create new
- Educate customers in the use of Trackman’s technology and how actionable data can be transformed into more effective and engaging practice
- Build strong relations with key stakeholders in the cricket industry, including thought-leaders among coaches, players, analysts, franchises, governing boards and broadcasters
- On-board customers post-sale to make sure they are setup for success, and do follow-up sessions with customers when they need it
- Gather product feedback to make sure Trackman’s solution keeps creating value for customers and stays at the forefront of innovation
