This role is responsible for the basic training and support of game streamers, focusing on their live broadcast data. Key tasks include developing support plans and policies based on streamer performance and characteristics to increase live audience numbers and activity, and managing full-time and partner streamers. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or above, be familiar with live broadcast platforms like Douyin and Kuaishou, and be passionate about the live broadcast and chess/card game industries. Strong data sensitivity, responsibility, proactivity, stress resistance, and communication skills are essential, along with some relevant work experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the basic training and support of game streamers, and for the streamer's live broadcast data.

2. Responsible for leading the output of support plans and policies based on the live broadcast situation and characteristics of each streamer, helping streamers increase the number of online viewers and activity in their live rooms, and responsible for streamer game traffic data.

3. Responsible for the daily management of full-time and partner streamers.
