Must Have

  • Practical knowledge of labor law
  • Min. 3 years of experience as HRBP
  • Experience in day-to-day work with employees
  • Ongoing support for Team Leaders
  • Independence in conducting HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, evaluations, development/remedial plans, L&D)
  • Ability to initiate, coordinate, and implement HR projects
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Good analytical skills
  • Highly developed communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, professionalism

Job requirements

  • Good analytical skills – ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and translate them into business recommendations,
  • Highly developed communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels, and professionalism in action.
