Must Have
- Practical knowledge of labor law
- Min. 3 years of experience as HRBP
- Experience in day-to-day work with employees
- Ongoing support for Team Leaders
- Independence in conducting HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, evaluations, development/remedial plans, L&D)
- Ability to initiate, coordinate, and implement HR projects
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good analytical skills
- Highly developed communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, professionalism
