Must Have

• Handle company and group bank accounts (opening/closing)
• Manage company debit and credit cards
• Resolve electronic banking issues
• Liaise with bank representatives
• Participate in financing acquisition
• Monitor bank account and loan documentation
• Acquire and manage leasing financing
• Support controlling team with duties
• Create financial reports
• Minimum 1 year experience in cash management, finance, or SSC
• Very good English language proficiency

Financial Specialist

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

• Current handling of matters related to the Company's and Group's bank accounts, including closing and opening bank accounts,
• Current handling of the Company's debit and credit cards,
• Resolving current issues related to electronic banking,
• Contact with bank representatives,
• Participation in the financing acquisition process,
• Control and monitoring of documentation related to bank accounts and loans,
• Acquisition of leasing financing and handling of documentation related to leases,
• Support for the controlling team in current duties,
• Creation of financial reports.

Job requirements

• Min. 1 year of experience in cash management, finance, SSC or related field,
• Higher education (preferably in finance, economics or related field),
• Negotiation skills,
• Very good knowledge of English, enabling fluent communication,
• Communication skills and ability to build relationships with co-workers,
• Organizational skills, good work organization,
• Commitment and independence,
• Ability to work under time pressure.
