Job Summary

Bloober Team is seeking a Senior 3D Environment Artist to join their collaborative game development studio. This role involves modeling and texturing architecture and terrain, building levels from scratch, and close cooperation with the Level Design Team. The ideal candidate will have industry experience in 3D modeling, PBR texturing, and proficiency with ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unreal Engine 5, and a 3D modeling software like Blender, Maya, or 3DSMax. Must Have

  • Modeling and Texturing architecture modules and terrain structures
  • Building levels from scratch till polish
  • Close cooperation with the Level Design Team
  • Ensuring the most effective flow of communication regarding design needs
  • Compliance with the production pipeline
  • Industry experience in modeling architecture and LP/HP workflow (hyperrealistic, both hardsurface and organic props)
  • Ability to create high-quality PBR textures
  • Good understanding of materials, color and composition
  • Creativity, a strong sense of aesthetics and a sense of plasticity
  • Experience in working with standard industry software (ZBrush, Substance Painter and one of: Blender/Maya/3DSMax)
  • Problem-solving skills, high level of independence
  • Team player attitude and openness to both receiving and giving feedback to others
  • Experience of working in Unreal Engine 5
  • Up-to-date portfolio showcasing previous projects
