Must Have
- Partner with senior leaders on org design, role clarity, and team operating models.
- Guide leaders through performance management, calibration, and career conversations.
- Enable leaders to manage change effectively, including team evolution and leadership transitions.
- Advise leaders on complex employee matters with maturity, context, and fairness.
- Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations).
- Apply a systems mindset, leveraging data, technology, and AI for decision-support.
- Significant HR Business Partner experience in SaaS/tech.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to influence senior leaders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Strong grounding in India & US employment practices and compliance.

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a critical role in helping leaders run their businesses effectively through people decisions. This role partners closely with senior leaders and managers to bring clarity to org structure, talent strategy, performance differentiation, and team effectiveness. The role also expects a forward-looking approach to how people work is enabled using data, technology, and emerging AI capabilities to improve decision quality, reduce friction, and scale impact over time.

- People Success Collaboration - Work closely with COEs including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and HR Operations to ensure people solutions are practical, timely, and aligned with business needs.
- Data, Technology & Leverage - Apply a systems mindset to people work by leveraging data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to simplify workflows, surface insights, and improve how leaders and teams make decisions at scale.
We'd love to hear from you, if you:
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably within SaaS or technology organisations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organisational context into effective people decisions
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through judgment, credibility, and clear communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating complex, people-intensive situations
- Comfort using data, technology, and emerging AI tools as decision-support and leverage mechanisms, with the ability to apply critical thinking rather than rely on automation blindly
- Strong grounding in employment practices and compliance relevant to India & US
