Job Summary

Optiv is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for its India team, a high-impact individual contributor focused on building teams for impactful organizations. This role involves strategic business consultation, advanced talent intelligence, process engineering, quality advocacy, expert negotiation, operational excellence, and manager enablement in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into comprehensive talent strategies and drive a high-bar hiring culture.

Must Have

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant background in high-growth technical environments or top-tier search firms.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing specialized technical roles (Technical Consulting, Cybersecurity Engineers, Analysts, etc.) in the India market.
  • Mastery of diverse sourcing tools and techniques, including proactive phone/internet research and social engineering.
  • Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize multiple high stakes searches while maintaining strong relationships with global HR partners and business leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex talent market trends to leadership.
  • Must be able to pass an English proficiency assessment with a CEFR rating of B2 or higher.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Bangalore office 4 days a week.

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our India Talent Acquisition team, a high-impact individual contributor who combines data-driven operational excellence with a sophisticated consulting mindset. This isn't a role for a "recruiter"; it’s for a talent strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume cybersecurity environment and is obsessed with scaling impact.

As a Senior Partner, you will serve as the primary bridge between Optiv’s global talent goals and our technical growth in India. You will dive deep into complex operational challenges, innovate new sourcing frameworks, and act as a trusted advisor to our business leaders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Strategic Business Consultation: Partner with business stakeholders to understand organizational architecture and key business drivers. You will translate business needs into comprehensive, multi-channel talent strategies.
  • Advanced Talent Intelligence: Go beyond the database. Build and nurture a high-level network of technical talent through proactive market research and relationship management, focusing on "cultural chemistry" and long-term motivational fit.
  • Process Engineering: Design and refine scalable recruiting workflows. You will be responsible for creating written recruiting plans with clear deliverables, KPIs, and transparent tracking processes that align with Optiv’s mission.
  • Quality Advocacy: Drive an assessment strategy to ensure a "high-bar" hiring culture. You will lead the final assessment and selection process, ensuring every hire elevates the existing team.
  • Expert Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end offer and negotiation process for complex technical roles, ensuring competitive positioning and high candidate closing rates.
  • Operational Excellence: Champion a data-driven culture. You will manage the integrity of recruitment data to provide actionable insights and achieve systematic operational excellence.
  • Manager Enablement: Act as a mentor and coach to hiring managers, providing ongoing education on interview best practices, bias mitigation, and candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a significant background in high-growth technical environments or top-tier search firms.
  • A proven track record of sourcing and closing specialized technical roles (Technical Consulting, Cybersecurity Engineers, Analysts, etc.) in the India market.
  • Mastery of diverse sourcing tools and techniques, including proactive phone/internet research and social engineering.
  • Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize multiple high stakes searches while maintaining strong relationships with global HR partners and business leaders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex talent market trends to leadership. Must be able to pass an English proficiency assessment with a CEFR rating of B2 or higher.
  • A self-driven professional who operates with high integrity and requires minimal supervision to deliver maximum results.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Bangalore office 4 days a week.
