Job Summary
Clearwater Analytics is seeking a proactive and resourceful Senior G&A Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role, based in New York or Boise, involves full-cycle recruitment for sales, marketing, and corporate functions. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers, source top-tier talent, manage the selection process, provide market insights, and contribute to employer branding to scale the organization during an exciting phase of growth and innovation.
Must Have
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales and marketing roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Proactively source, attract, and engage passive candidates
- Facilitate high-quality interview and selection processes
- Oversee job postings, candidate pipeline, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and maintain a proactive talent pipeline
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in sales and marketing roles
- Demonstrated capability to source and secure passive candidates
- Strong expertise in technical recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing methodologies
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Good to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS
- Familiarity with Workday ATS

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Senior G&A Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this in-house role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across sales, marketing, and corporate functions. This hybrid position can be based in either our New York or Boise office and involves close collaboration with hiring managers and HR leadership to build world-class teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the comprehensive recruitment process for various sales and marketing roles, including Enterprise Sales Leaders, Senior Relationship Managers, Product Marketing, and other specialized positions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, and team dynamics, enabling the development of targeted recruiting strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, attract, and engage passive candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, etc.) to build a robust talent pool.
- Efficient Selection Process: Facilitate high-quality interview and selection processes, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
- Job Management: Oversee job postings, candidate pipeline development, feedback collection, and offer negotiations to streamline the hiring process.
- Market Insights: Provide valuable insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform and enhance hiring decisions.
- Candidate Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Partner with HR and business leaders to promote employer branding initiatives and enhance Clearwater’s presence in the competitive tech hiring market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly focused on sales and marketing roles (Enterprise Sales Leaders, Senior Relationship Managers, Product Marketing, or similar).
- Demonstrated capability to source and secure passive candidates in a competitive landscape.
- Strong expertise in technical recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Workday ATS is a plus.
