Job Summary
IGT is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, Talent Acquisition to lead its global hiring strategy during a time of transformation and integration. This role involves shaping the future workforce, building a high-performing global TA function, and partnering with senior leaders to attract talent. The VP will lead the global Talent Acquisition function across all business units, design and execute a post-merger talent strategy, build a world-class candidate experience, forecast talent needs, champion diversity, and leverage data and tech to elevate the employer brand.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR or TA leadership experience in global, fast-paced environments
- Experience leading through M&A, transformation, or high-growth scaling
- Strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed

Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring strategy during a time of transformation and integration. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our workforce, build a high-performing global TA function, and partner with senior leaders to attract the talent that will drive our continued success.
Work Location:
This role is based onsite, full time, at our Nevada offices in the Las Vegas or Reno metropolitan areas. While the position is not remote-eligible, we welcome candidates who currently reside in these areas or are enthusiastic about relocating.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the global Talent Acquisition function across all business units (Land-Based, Digital, Fintech) as well as key enterprise functions including Product, Technology, and Studios.
- Design and execute a post-merger talent strategy that supports integration, transformation, and growth
- Build a world-class candidate experience that reflects our brand, values, and ambition
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs and build pipelines for critical roles
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every hiring decision
- Leverage data, tech, and storytelling to elevate our employer brand and hiring outcomes
- Inspire and lead a high-performing global TA team
Requirements

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $167,256 to $275,000, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
