Job Summary
IGT is seeking a strategic Vice President, People Operations to lead the global People Operations function during a period of integration and transformation following the merger with Everi. This role involves designing and executing a post-merger people operations strategy, optimizing shared services, HRIS, HR reporting, EHS, and global employee policies. The VP will partner with senior leaders to cultivate an exceptional employee experience, leveraging data and technology to enhance HR strategies and lead a high-performing global team.
Must Have
- Lead the global People Operations function across all business units and enterprise functions.
- Design and execute a post-merger people operations strategy.
- Lead and optimize people operations encompassing employee transactions, shared services, HRIS, HR reporting, EHS, and global employee policies and processes.
- Leverage data, technology, and best in class recommendations to enhance HR strategies.
- Inspire, lead, upskill and scale a high-performing global People Operations team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive HR, shared services and/or HRIS leadership experience in global, fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
- Experience leading through M&A, transformation, and/or large-scale organization change.
- Demonstrated results driving consistency and efficiency.
- Deep understanding of employee experience, employee processes/transactions, shared service centers and HR technology.

Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President, People Operations to lead ”the engine of HR” during a time of integration and transformation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our global shared services, employee processes, employee policies, employee systems and partner with senior leaders to cultivate the best employee experience in the industry (and beyond). This leader will be the “tip of the spear” that allows all of People & Culture to level up and deliver world class capabilities for our people and company.
Work Location:
This role is based onsite, full time, at our Nevada offices in the Las Vegas or Reno metropolitan areas. While the position is not remote-eligible, we welcome candidates who currently reside in these areas or are enthusiastic about relocating.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the global People Operations function across all business units (Land-Based Gaming, Digital, FinTech) as well as key enterprise functions including Product, Technology, and Studios
- Design and fully execute a post-merger people operations strategy that drives efficiency, consistency, integration, and transformation
- Lead and optimize people operations encompassing employee transactions, shared services, HRIS (data and systems), HR reporting, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and global employee policies and processes
- Leverage data, technology, and best in class recommendations to enhance our HR strategies
- Inspire, lead, upskill and scale a high-performing global People Operations team
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressive HR, shared services and/or HRIS leadership experience in global, fast-paced, results-oriented environments
- Experience leading through M&A, transformation, and/or large-scale organization change

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $167,256 to $275,000 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
