We are looking for an organized and efficient Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and operations of our office environment at Integrant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the workplace is safe, functioning smoothly, and conducive to productivity. You will be responsible for coordinating facilities services, managing maintenance requests, and implementing workplace improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the operations of facilities services including cleaning, maintenance.
  • Monitor the condition of office equipment and systems, reporting any needs for repairs or replacements.
  • Supervising cleaning crews and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all the facilities.
  • Coordinate and supervise external vendors and service providers related to facilities management.
  • Keep inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Track and report on facilities-related budgets and expenditures.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement regarding workplace conditions and services.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination or management.
