Responsibilities include coordinating with development teams on application requirements, writing scalable Python code, testing and debugging applications with unit tests for high coverage, developing back-end components, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, assessing client feature requests, integrating team output into project solutions, coaching the technical team on best practices and design patterns, analyzing new functional requirements and systems, and building solution architecture collaboratively. This role offers the opportunity to lead and guide a development team.

- Writing scalable code using Python programming language.

- Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests.
- Integrating team output into the project solution and packages
- Coaching and guiding technical team for best practices, standards, & appropriate design patterns.
- Participate in the analysis of new functional requirement and systems.
- Building solution architecture in collaboration with the team.
